Eligibility for Returns

Competition Crate Parts is committed to your satisfaction. You may return new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. However, a 10% restocking fee will be applied to all returns, reflecting the logistical cost of restocking the items.

Condition of Returned Items

Please note that any items that have been used, installed, or altered are not eligible for a return. We accept returns only for items in their original condition and packaging. This ensures that all components returned to our inventory meet our quality standards.

Return Process

Please email us at competitioncrateparts@gmail.com and let us know about the item you plan to return. We will provide you with a return address to which to send it.

Refund Timing

Once your return is received and inspected, we aim to process refunds promptly. You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of handing the package over to the return shipper. This timeframe includes the transit time for us to receive your return (5 to 10 business days), the processing time at our facility (3 to 5 business days), and the time required for your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
